You can purchase any item directly from your PayPal account or by using any of the major credit/debit cards via PayPal. Email us with your requirements and your location and we will get back to you with a sample invoice including the shipping costs.
We use third party companies for deliveries, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, malicious damage, riot, and civil unrest. For the purposes of this web site, "UK mainland" does not include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any of the Scottish islands. For deliveries to these areas, please ask for a quotation before ordering.
We require your complete mailing address and your daytime telephone number. Any applicable shipping charges, customs duty and/or service charges that are imposed in clearing your shipment for entry into your country are extra.
If you receive our goods damaged in transit you need to let us know within two days of receiving the goods. We will refund the cost of the goods although shipping, packaging and handling charges are not refundable. To return an item you must call, write or email for a Returns Authorisation. Any item returned to us without our authorisation will be refused. Any item returned should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We do not exchange or give refunds on drum heads or drumsticks. All returned items must be in new condition and the customer will be responsible for any subsequent damage incurred. You must return the product at your cost and risk using recorded delivery or some other secure means, to the address at the top of these terms. Proof of purchase must be provided which should be the original receipt.
If you have a complaint about a product or service, please send an email to email@example.com outlining the nature of the complaint. Please remember to quote the customer order number if the complaint is about your mail order. We will contact you to discuss the complaint and ways to rectify it, with the exception of "consumable" items (drumsticks, drum skins). We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days. Our products have a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against faulty materials, defects or workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover consumable items (e.g. drum-sticks, drum skins etc), faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, unless there is visible evidence of manufacturing fault.
